ALL Local Chief Executives are advised to ensure the availability of appropriate generator sets in all LGU-managed hospitals and other health facilities to ensure continuity of health services amidst the El Niño Phenomenon. Further, to better assist LGUs in sustaining energy security in health facilities, all LGUs must conduct and submit an inventory of all health facilities, including private hospitals in their respective jurisdictions. |
